Breakthrough Corporate Coaching

Corporate coaching is for you if you’re a business owner or senior executive with a strong desire to improve organizational or team performance. This program focuses on the skills, attitudes and goals required for your team’s success. This program includes both group and one-on-one coaching. While the focus and schedule will vary depending upon your needs, the typical program is structured as follows:
Phase 1 – Focuses on building a understanding where you are, what you want and what’s holding you back from getting there at both team and individual level
  • Eight, two hour, group sessions (weekly or bi-weekly)
  • Fieldwork assignments between sessions
  • Assistance and support between sessions, when necessary
  • Focus on translating concepts into applications and goals
  • Company-related goal plans tailored to the individual
Phase 2 – Focused on continued progress, laser focused on specific challenges holding your team back from reaching its goals
  • Four, one-on-one 30 minute sessions (weekly or bi-weekly)
  • Includes a decision-making assessment focused on helping each team member better understand how and why they make decisions, as well as how to leverage their decision-making strengths and compensate for weaknesses
Phase 3 – For those individuals wanting to continue the coaching relationship
Three, one-on-one 30 minute sessions per month
  • Focuses on continued progress towards goals as well as the identification of new goals and challenges
